Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to provide technical leadership and support across operations, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys leading people, solving complex problems, and improving equipment and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering/technical teams.
• Provide technical support for equipment, processes, reliability, and operations.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Support projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Communicate effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong technical background in an industrial or process environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to balance technical priorities with safety, reliability, and business needs.
