Electrical Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead electrical maintenance operations for a large-scale energy and infrastructure environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams and contractors.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, spare parts, and contractors.
• Support reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and other maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience, with leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills.
• Electrical license or relevant technical certification is a plus.
