ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead the organization’s Quality function, Quality Management System, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and company-wide culture of quality. The ideal candidate has led quality programs within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic leadership for quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Own the Quality Management System and its continuing effectiveness and compliance.
• Develop and maintain GxP-compliant quality systems, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Maintain inspection readiness and lead interactions with regulators and external auditors.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Promote quality, accountability, and compliance throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ten or more years of management experience.
• Ten or more years of quality-assurance experience.
• Highly regulated manufacturing experience.
