Control Engineer

Join a fast-paced team supporting reliable power generation and energy infrastructure across demanding industrial environments.

In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership for plant operations, reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with site teams and customers to resolve complex issues, improve equipment performance, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in power generation, plant engineering, industrial, or field operations
• Strong electrical, mechanical, controls, instrumentation, and troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience with root cause analysis and reliability improvement
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and support rotational coverage as needed
