Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to support a large-scale industrial processing operation in Nevada. This is a key technical role focused on process optimization, production performance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong process engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience with crystallization processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and process engineering support for ongoing operations and process development.
• Optimize process performance, throughput, efficiency, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues and develop practical solutions.
• Analyze operating data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support process design, equipment selection, modifications, and commissioning activities.
• Lead or support process optimization studies, testing, and improvement initiatives.
• Apply engineering principles to crystallization and related separation processes.
• Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other technical teams.
• Support root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Promote safe, reliable, and efficient operating practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Senior-level process engineering experience in a chemical, industrial, minerals processing, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience with crystallization processes is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of process engineering fundamentals, mass and energy balances, process optimization, and equipment performance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on industrial environment.
