One of our clients has an I&E opening at their site near Baton Rouge. This position will be the main source of technical expertise for all levels of the organization of Instrument/Electrical issues. The 100-person chemical plant receives electrical power at 138KV and distributes it at 13.8KV. Plant in-line analysis is a key aspect of the position. This site has great teamwork with low drama, reliable operations, and an improvement mindset. The site is running full out and trying to keep up with demand. A 9/80 schedule, competitive base salary, 15% target bonus, and upbeat culture can be expected. Project experience above $400M is required.
