Opportunity at a 75-person chemical plant in the Victoria area. Set the strategic focus, drive goals and objectives, and managing resources and projects. Serve on the Site Leadership Team reporting to the Site Manger. Direct all planning, scheduling, maintenance, and reliability activities to ensure that medium and short-term objectives are achieved including day-to-day execution and turnaround preparedness. Build programs and train employees in RCFA and RCM. Optimize Predictive/Preventative Maintenance strategies. 2 direct reports. Base plus profit share and 9/80 and 9% on 6% 401k. Full relo.
