Opportunity with a petrochemical plant in the Ship Channel Area. Reports to Site Manager and manages approximately 65 people (35 in house and 30 contract, 9 direct reports including and Assistant Maint Mgr). This is the largest of the 4 sites the company operates in Houston. Mid-size international chemical company. Manage budgets and TA's. Mentor and coach staff and build up the reliability program and predictive maintenance approaches.
