Maintenance Manager for a petrochemical plant. The site offers a 4/10 or a 9/80 work schedule for this position. Department of 30. Manage a diverse group of staff, develop and strengthen the team. Build up the reliability program and make that an emphasis. A good background in rotating equipment would be helpful as well as a good understanding of API standards. Experience with TA’s and SAP helpful. Manage department budget and report to the Site Manager. BS Engineer and 3 years of supervisory level experience
