Maintenance Manager for a chemical plant that makes material that sells for dollars per pound. International chemical company. Department of 12 staff plus several embedded contractors. Manage annual budget. Site has upcoming expansion for 2024/2025 to add 30% more capacity and in 2027 they will add a new production line. This department will grow. Build up pred/prev maintenance and reliability strategies. Utilize SAP. Reports to a well-liked Site Manager. Non-union. BS ME and 2 years of supervisory experience.
