Provide mechanical maintenance and reliability support to a modern chemical plant. Drive continuous improvements in the site by service as a technical resource on fixed and rotating equipment. Guide the planning and scheduling of maintenance work, improve equipment reliability and mechanical integrity. Mentor a junior maintenance engineer and train hourly staff. Assist with shop and outside repairs and identify root causes. Manage maintenance related equipment projects. Trend data on KPI’s to identify opportunities. BS ME and 5+ years of experience with 8+ preferred.
