Manage 5 direct reports with a total group of 50 at a 100 person site. Non-union chemical producer with great family atmosphere and teamwork. 3 years no recordables. Reports to the Site Manager. The incumbent is moving up to Site Manager who is retiring. Very low turnover. They run the 9/80 schedule. Key priorities are improving yield, efficiencies, and reliability and providing training /coaching to build up the staff. 6-8% annual bonus plus graduated LTI based on years of service that tops out at 17% per year payout.
