Senior Process Engineer
Houston, TX
Support operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing chemical production units. Drive process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze plant data to identify targets for process and reliability improvements
- Implement all process technology Improvements and ideas from research and development
- Develop FEL 1 and 2 for strategic process improvements.
- On process improvement work you will oversee the work of outside contractors, vendors, fabricators, and manufacturers.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Identify and resolve deviations in reliability, quality, capacity, yield, and energy usage.
- Support PSM , LOPA, PHA’s
- Lead and develop plan for new Product, catalyst, and technologies trials.
