Position Highlights
Set the vision and strategy for the PSM program for multiple chemical plants
Develop and execute PSM and RMP programs for the sites incorporating the 14 elements
Conduct training and coach to build up EHS staff competencies
Review PSM metrics and develop corrective action plans
Guide upper management and site management on PSM matters
Preform LOPA, PHA, HAZOPS
Oversee and audit MOC and PSSR
